Life and love don't stop when you are facing financial hardships, but often the last thing you are typically thinking about is planning a wedding, a celebration of the love you share with your partner or a baptism.

We at First United Methodist Church of Jacksonville understand this and want to help.

We welcome your application for a wedding, vow renewal or baptism for those facing financial hardships. We provide pre-marital counseling through our pastor, potential loaner garments, a professional photographer, and more to help you celebrate life's special moments!

We do not need to know the details of your financial hardship. Simply have a local charity (such as the Suzbacher Center, Salvation Army, Family Promise, but also smaller ministries such as food pantries, etc.) sign the non-binding referral and contact us to plan your wedding, vow renewal or baptism.
